At oneworldconsultation our work is centered on three powerful words, educate, eliminate and empower. We are focused on providing education to all our participants about the benefits of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. We consistently and continuously provide education because we are aware of the value of being knowledgeable about such a very relevant and important issue. We also work to identify and eliminate the backlash that can occur as a result of not creating and fostering an inclusive workplace. This includes discrimination in its many forms such as racism, xenophobia and homogeneity. We are also work from an empowerment perspective in which we believe that our customers are the expert of their organizations and as such all our work is done with their input.
